Overnight Care
While you rest, I take over the night shift and provide attentive, expert care for your newborn. My role is to create a calm, restorative environment so you can wake up feeling supported, confident, and rested.
Throughout the night, I respond to your baby’s needs and guide healthy sleep foundations. I keep bottles/pump parts sanitized, and baby stations stocked and organized so that you are prepared for each day with less to think about while soaking in your newborn bubble.
I also provide education on newborn rhythms and development, cues, and all the practical “ins and outs” that help you feel more confident.

Daytime Support
I take over baby duty while you use the time to catch up on rest, do self-care, tend to your to-do list, or anything else you might want the chance to do while your newborn is in good hands.

Or- I can tend to household tasks so that you can spend more time with your baby. (laundry, meal prep, tidying)​​. I can simply be an extra pair of hands on deck for as needed assistance while you take the lead with your baby.

I offer hands on assistance to guide the daytime routine, naps, tummy time, and anything else to help the days go just as smooth as the nights.
​$225 for 5 hours of support

Nesting
Whether you've already started and just need help filling in the gaps, or need help from start to finish- I will get you prepared to bring home your new baby!

From registry creation, shopping and set up/ organization, or my curated recommendations list - we will discuss what you have, what you need, and go from there.

I am deeply passionate about supporting families postpartum and being apart of that village. I'm here to make the transition of welcoming a new addition as seamless as possible for new parents. My goal is to provide the best physical, emotional, and informational support to ensure a stress-free, enjoyable postpartum experience.
Whether it’s navigating the complexities of infant care, addressing the postpartum emotional and physical shifts shifts, or providing practical solutions, I am committed to creating a supportive environment that fosters confidence and ease for parents. My approach is rooted in understanding and respect for the profound changes that new parents are experiencing, ensuring that they feel supported every step of the way and that their baby is given expert, nurturing care.

My Background Before becoming a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I spent years as a Nanny, working with families of all sizes and needs. My experience and background in Child and Family Development gives me a profound understanding of the sensitivity required to care for families and babies during this critical transition. I recognize that this period can be both exciting and overwhelming, and each family’s needs are unique. My training and experience working with children and families as an NCS, PPD and Nanny has equipped me with the skills to approach every situation with empathy and patience, respecting the individuality of each family while offering tailored support.
